PT Recycle Technology Materials (RTM) is a proposed battery recycling and critical minerals recovery company — building a circular-economy platform to safely collect, process, and recover valuable materials from end-of-life lithium-ion batteries and battery production scrap.
As electric mobility and energy storage scale across Indonesia, so does the volume of end-of-life batteries and production scrap. RTM is being developed to keep those valuable materials in circulation — recovering them safely, responsibly, and locally.

Phase 1 focuses on mechanical recycling to produce black mass and recovered metals. Later phases are planned to add hydrometallurgical refining for battery-grade materials.

RTM's planned process is designed to recover the critical minerals and metals inside end-of-life batteries — returning them to the supply chain instead of landfill.
Nickel, cobalt, lithium & manganese are concentrated in black mass; copper and aluminium are recovered directly. Battery-grade refining of black mass is planned for later phases.
